David Hutt is a political journalist based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is the Southeast Asia Columnist for the Diplomat, and a regular contributor to the Asia Times. He also regularly publishes articles in other regional and international publications. He serves as president of the Overseas Press Club of Cambodia.
