Swee Kheng Khor is a Senior Fellow, Health Systems and Policies at the University of Malaya, and is now at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. Since 2003, he held progressively senior roles in five practice areas (clinical medicine; refugee & disaster relief; clinical research; healthcare anti-corruption; and health systems & policy), covering >90 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He holds an MD (National University of Malaysia), an MPH (University of California, Berkeley) and a Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom.
Dr Elly Kent is the editor of New Mandala and a Visiting Fellow in the Centre for Art History and Art Theory at the Australian National University. Elly teaches a Creative art and Design Professional Practicum in Indonesia through the Australian Consortium for In-Country Indonesian Studies (ACICIS) She has worked as a researcher, writer, translator, artist, teacher and intercultural professional over 20 years in academia and the arts in Indonesia and Australia. Elly gained a double degree in Asian Studies (Specialist Indonesia) and Visual Arts (Hons) and a PhD in the same fields from the Australian National University. She was awarded a Prime-Minister's Australia-Asia Award in 2013.
