Francesco Buscemi is a PhD Candidate at Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa, Italy, a member to the Research School on Peace and Conflict at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) and a Junior Research Fellow at T.WAI (Turin World Affairs Institute). His main areas of interest include arms control, disarmament, and conflictual politics with particular attention to Myanmar’s borderlands.
