Kahfi Adlan Hafiz is a graduate of the Master of Political Science at ANU and a researcher at the Association for Elections and Democracy (Perludem), Indonesia. His academic and professional focus lies in election studies, with particular interests in electoral systems, marginalised representation, political finance and electoral justice.
Muhammad Iqbal Kholidin is Muhammad Iqbal Kholidin is a researcher at Perludem, working on electoral reform, local democracy, and institutional governance. He has contributed to major reform initiatives, including research inputs to Indonesia’s Constitutional Court Decision No. 135/PUU-XXII/2024 and the drafting process for the country’s codified electoral law. He is also a co-author of the Indonesia Election Archive, published in Scientific Data (Nature Portfolio), and writes regularly on electoral politics and democratic resilience in Indonesia.
