Zali Fung is a postdoctoral researcher in political ecology at the Institute of Geography and Sustainability, University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Trained in critical human geography, her research examines uneven development and contested resource extraction in Southeast Asia’s transboundary river basins. Zali has also developed environmental policy for the Australian Government and conducted research for Greenpeace.
