Alif Satria is a project research assistant at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) working in its Politics and International Relations division. His work focuses on radicalisation de-radicalisation, religious intolerance, violence, and voting patterns of Muslim voters in Indonesia.

He has written about Indonesia’s Blasphemy Law and its influence on intra-religious violence, and the growth of religious intolerance in Jakarta’s 2017 gubernatorial race.
