Rusaslina Idrus is Senior Lecturer at the Gender Studies Programme at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Malaya. Her research focuses on indigenous rights, citizenship and public history making. She recently coordinated a digital stories project with Orang Asli youth and collaborated on a story telling project working with a group of young Orang Asli women. Rusaslina received her PhD training in social anthropology from Harvard University and holds a Masters degree in environmental science from Yale University.
