Thorn Pitidol is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University. He graduated from the University of Oxford, UK, receiving an MPhil in Development Studies and DPhil in Social Policy. His research interest is on issues ranging from rural development, inequality, and the welfare system in Thailand.

Weerawat Phattarasukkumjorn recently joined the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, as a full-time lecturer. His master thesis focuses on negative income tax policy and he has continued pursuing further knowledge on welfare schemes and inequalities in Thailand.
