Hadrien Saperstein is a research assistant for the Asia Centre think tank in France, specialising in Southeast Asia, maritime strategy, and strategic foresight and warning. He holds a Master’s in War Studies from King’s College, London and is presently working towards a Master’s in International Security from Sciences Po (PSIA), Paris. His articles on the Royal Thai Navy’s maritime strategic thought have previously appeared in Strife Journal, Asia Centre and East Asia Forum. He speaks English, French, Spanish and Thai.
