Neil Madulara Martin PhD RN MAN MBE is an Assistant Professor at the College of Nursing of Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (The Philippines). He obtained his PhD in Education at Xavier University (Cagayan de Oro City), a Master of Arts in Nursing at the University of Cebu (Cebu City), and a Master in Business Education at the University of San Jose Recoletos (Cebu City). He is currently pursuing his PhD in Nursing at Silliman University (Dumaguete City).

Primitivo III “Prime” Cabanes Ragandang is an Assistant Professor at the Political Science Department of Mindanao State University-Iligan. He is currently doing a PhD at the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs, Australian National University. His thesis explores the transgenerational intersection of collective memory and resilience in a hybrid political order.

Genara P. Trinidad is a University Researcher at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology’s Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension. She is also a core member of the University’s Gender and Development Focal Point System Technical Working Group.
