Raihan A. Yusoph is an Assistant Professor n the Department of History, College of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mindanao State University–Marawi. He is currently a PhD candidate in International Peace and Coexistence at Hiroshima University in Japan, a recipient of the Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship. His research interests include Bangsamoro studies, memory studies, and peace and conflict studies, with particular attention to the political, economic, and sociocultural dynamics of the Bangsamoro. His recent scholarship examines the relationship between peacebuilding, insecurity, firearms, governance, development, and historical memory in the Bangsamoro. His work has appeared in Global Change, Peace & Security, and the Asian Journal of Peacebuilding, among other academic publications.
