April 10 marks one year since the military crackdown on pro-democracy protestors at Bangkok’s Democracy Monument. That day alone 19 protestors were killed, including a Japanese photo-journalist. The final crackdown came on 19 May when an estimated 91 unarmed protestors were massacred on the streets.
