On 5th May 2013, Malaysia will hold the ‘mother of all elections‘.
This state and federal elections are important to not only Malaysians, but also to Malaysia’s neighbours, and to all who have an in interest in developments taking place in Malaysia.
It is a tight race, and for the first time in Malaysian history, the outcome is uncertain as the probability of Malaysia’s first ever electoral turnover gains momentum.
To provide anecdote, analysis and new perspectives on the elections, New Mandala will be offering special live updates as vote counting proceeds throughout the night of Sunday, 5th May 2013 (from 6pm Australian Daylight Saving Time). This coverage will be supported by a network of academics, analysts and observers on the ground (throughout Malaysia), as well as in other universities globally.

Thanks for posting. This election is dubbed the mother of all election. Some of the old hats had been around for a long time. As in all democratic processes, we will not know who will win until the votes are counted. It may be the political grave for some of them. [the very bad ones will lose favour].
