Regular readers may have noticed a new addition to our “feature links.” Mekong Currents is is a monthly column on Mekong issues distributed by IPS Asia-Pacific. It features some up-to-date accounts of developments in the Mekong region. When new monthly columns appear we will feature them on New Mandala.
